Esair Fabric Global Operations
Our export adventure, which started with our first shipment of a food industry project to Morocco in April 2022, continues to expand. In August 2022, a newly built textile factory in Poti, one of the major industrial cities of Georgia, preferred the products designed and produced by our company as a uniform air distribution system. Following this, the Chillventa International Fair, which we attended in Germany in October 2022, made the Esair Fabric brand better known in Europe. The fair quickly began to bear fruit, and immediately afterwards, the hygienic fabric air duct systems of a poultry processing factory in Serbia were produced by our company.
By 2023, serious demands have begun to come from major European manufacturers for our Defrost Flap product, which provides serious energy savings by shortening the defrost time in cold rooms. Our first export in this field was a trial order sent to an important manufacturer in Italy in January. Since the company was very satisfied with our products, it started to place regular monthly orders starting from April and our shipments are still continuing. In addition, a German company, one of the world’s leading manufacturers, became interested in this product and, in line with its demands, a trial order was sent to this company in December. This company has also tested our products under special conditions and is in the process of signing a contract with our company because it is very satisfied with its performance. Meanwhile, our exports to Serbia continue.
Our brand has made a strong entry into the Middle East market by starting 2024 with the shipment of a textile air duct system with a fabric nozzle system that it designed and produced for a large entertainment center in Jordan. Following this project, our Defrost Flap exports operations to Hungary and Romania started regularly.
In addition to the direct exports mentioned above, our company indirectly exports both fabric air duct systems and defrost flaps thanks to its strong domestic customer network. In this way, fabric air duct systems were supplied to England, Germany, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Algeria, Bangladesh, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan; It also indirectly exported large amounts of defrost flaps to Australia, Vietnam, Chad and Israel.
Our goal is to make the Esair Fabric brand a global brand and to make it one of the world’s leading manufacturers in the field of textile-based air conditioning products, and we will continue our work without interruption until we reach this goal.
